Been A While

Hey Guys,

So it has been a long time since I updated the blog and showing my own training progress. The reason is 2 fold.

1. I herniated my disc in my low back about 3 years ago and have been trying to heal that.

2. I dislocated my patella in my right knee about a year ago and tore the patella tendon during Jiu-Jitsu. So I have been coming back from that as well.

I have been strong enough now that I have started doing heavy weight training for the last couple of months and have been starting to put on mass again. I will be putting up pics soon of my training progress from the last month.

A little back story:

So last Sunday my wife and I were having a conversation with my wife's friend about carrying a woman across the threshold or a princess carry. The friend said my husband can do that but I wish he could lift me above his head. The conversation kept going until I said I think I could do it, never tried it before. She said I had to do it and send me a video if I did. So I did it that night.

I know this is random but is the only thing I have that shows I have been building up my strength again, plus it was fun to do ;)

JEFIT Work Out App Review



 Hey Guys,

I have been having clients ask me periodically about different workout routines they can do, what I do, etc... The easiest app that I have found for this is JEFIT. This app is pretty amazing. it tracks your progress and links it to their own servers on their website. So you don't need to look @ your phone to edit workouts or look @ progress. Just log in @ their website. What's cool is that you can update something on the website and refresh it on your phone.

This is the best workout tracker that I have found and it is free! Which is awesome. The best part is you can ad friends on their site and look at your friends progress pics and what routine they are currently doing. So download the app, create an account and add me as a friend.

After adding you can do the following:
  • I can look at your training logs and see if I need to change anything to help you with your training
  • See your current progress pics
  • See my current strength/current stats 
  • See my current routine and download it yourself.

So add me so we can get swole together!

Getting Stronger





So I told you guys I was on a bulking cycle right now. Here is the update on my strength so far. This is after doing 4 sets of bench press and 4 sets of incline bench press. I will update again next month and will let you guys know the stack I am on once I am done.

Dumbbell Pressing 120lbs Dumbbells

Hey guys, well I have been letting some of you know that ever since I started taking the Androxybol I have gotten a lot stronger. I went from Dumbbell Pressing 85lbs Dumbbells in each hand to dumbbell pressing 120lbs in each hand. I told some of you I will be posting it on my blog to show you that I wasn't blowing smoke up your guys' asses.



I am in the middle of a 12 week cycle of Androxybol right now and when I am done I will post up my results here.

Incline Bench Pressing 230lbs

Hey guys, some guys at work didn't believe I could incline bench press 230lbs for at least 3 times. I tried for a 4th rep that's why it got squirrelly at the end.





I think this also attests to how powerful the Finabol is because I haven't touched the Finabol or heavy weights for 3 weeks. The reason is because after 8 weeks on heavy weights I do 3 weeks of body weight exerises to give my body and my central nervous system a break, then I start hitting the heavy weights again. So even though I havent touched incline press I still retained all my gains and strength. So anyways, talk to you guys when I do my next cycle.

Welcome To My Blog

In an effort to create more connectivity with my clients, I'll be posting items about myself and my customers along with some photos. I decided to upload this video as an introduction of myself. Here is the info on the video:

A co-worker and I the previous day were trying to figure out who was stronger. We did 1-arm push-ups and hand stand push-ups. I said well if you can do a handstand from sitting then you are stronger than me. I showed them what it was and the next day the guys that weren't at work wanted to see me do it and this time they recorded it.
