Been A While

Hey Guys,

So it has been a long time since I updated the blog and showing my own training progress. The reason is 2 fold.

1. I herniated my disc in my low back about 3 years ago and have been trying to heal that.

2. I dislocated my patella in my right knee about a year ago and tore the patella tendon during Jiu-Jitsu. So I have been coming back from that as well.

I have been strong enough now that I have started doing heavy weight training for the last couple of months and have been starting to put on mass again. I will be putting up pics soon of my training progress from the last month.

A little back story:

So last Sunday my wife and I were having a conversation with my wife's friend about carrying a woman across the threshold or a princess carry. The friend said my husband can do that but I wish he could lift me above his head. The conversation kept going until I said I think I could do it, never tried it before. She said I had to do it and send me a video if I did. So I did it that night.

I know this is random but is the only thing I have that shows I have been building up my strength again, plus it was fun to do ;)

2 1/2 months PlasmaVar Results


Hey Guys,

Started taking the PlasmaVar about 2 1/2 months ago. However, I didn't take photos once a month because it is winter season and I don't normally post pictures during my 'bulking" season because of the added fat and shit talking that accompanies it ;) However, my co-workers and friends have been mentioning my added size. I knew I got a lot stronger but as for the size I was convinced a lot was fat until I checked the info. I was surprised by the results. I am now going to do a complete cycle and take the photos every month like I normally do and keep you guys updated. Here are my results so far:


8/12/13

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 190lbs
Bodyfat: 11%

11/1/13

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 205lbs
Bodyfat: 11%

So in 2.5 months I gained about 13.35 lbs of muscle and gained about 1.65 lbs of fat. I was shocked with the results because I was only using 1 product and I thought I was going to put on a lot more fat.

Update: The new Humatropic and Cyclosterone are stronger than the Plasmavar, I will be doing that soon and update it.

8 Weeks of IGFxt and Primo33


Update: We have replaced the IGFxt with the new stronger 191xt.

So I was saying in an earlier post that I was going to do a 12-week cycle of a stack of ours. Well they decided to release the product a month early so I am going to update now with my 8 week results.

The stack I did was my favorite product Primo33 and the new IGFxt. I was testing this out before it was going to be released  and they say that I started to get good results so they released it early.

Here are my results:


6/13/13
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 175lbs
Bodyfat: 10%



 8/12/13

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 190lbs
Bodyfat: 11%


So in 8 weeks I gained about 11.6 lbs of muscle and gained about 3.4 lbs of fat. I am pretty happy with the results so far considering I was able to stay within the 10-12% body fat range while putting on a good amount of lean mass. Here is the transition video:




I took a picture once a month. There is no sound because I rushed this because I wasn't aware there were releasing the product this early ;)

The diet I was using was Carb Backloading.

I didn't eat really clean on it that's why I gained about 3.4 lbs of fat but, considering what I was eating, it is pretty remarkable that I didn't put on 8 or 10lbs of fat. I have to thank the Primo33 for that.
 

Here is some example meals I ate post workout:



1 Protein Shake
5 cups of cooked short grain rice (ate 2 cups already)
1 lb of ground turkey meat mixed with curry
3 pieces of fried chicken
plate of potato wedges




1 Protein Shake
5 cups of cooked short grain rice (ate 3 cups already)
1 lb of ground turkey 
10 oz gluten free noodles
peanut butter and Jelly on gluten free tortilla



I will eat close to about 1800 calories for the entire day and then post workout eat anywhere from 2500-3000 calories. Like I said, I am pretty happy with the results so far. Still contemplating if I am going to finish it to the 12 weeks. Probably will.

Getting Stronger





So I told you guys I was on a bulking cycle right now. Here is the update on my strength so far. This is after doing 4 sets of bench press and 4 sets of incline bench press. I will update again next month and will let you guys know the stack I am on once I am done.

About to start a 12 week Mass Cycle





Weight: 175lbs
Bodyfat: 10%

So I haven't updated for a while, I did do an Incinerol cycle that lasted a whole 2 weeks because some family stuff came up. But, now I got nothing in the way and can focus 100% on a bulking cycle while staying lean. I will be doing the Carb Backloading Diet and will be doing a custom stack that I will let you guys know at the end of it. Time to get swole.

8 Weeks of EquiCyclex (Cutting Focus)


Hey guys,

Ok, so my fat ass needed to get into shape. So I did 8 weeks of the new EquiCyclex and focused heavily on cutting since EquiCyclex can do both. The results I got were all from body weight workouts, gymnastic rings and dumbbell work (50lbs max). If I had gone real hardcore at the gym I would have gotten even better results but I am pretty happy with my results. Here ya go:


09/1/12
Weight: 190lbs
Bodyfat: 19%


10/29/12
Weight: 177lbs
Bodyfat: 10.5%


So in 8 weeks I lost 17.51lbs of fat and ACTUALLY gained 4.51lbs of muscle even though I was focusing on cutting and not lifting heavy weights. If I had I know the results would have been way more dramatic. I will focus on building mass on my next cycle which will probably be the EquiCyclex with the CorTesten.

12 Week Androxybol and Aspartalone Results

Hey Guys, I finally finished my cycle of Androxybol and Aspartalone. This stack was insanely powerful. I went from bench pressing 235lbs to 300lbs. I was able to finally hit my goal of a 300lb bench press. I put my results in the following video:
(Note: the bandaids were from me getting a flu shot and whooping cough shot before you guys think something else because I do not condone steroid use)

6-Week Lipotase Results

Hey Guys, well we recently got the brand new cutter Lipotase.This is the most powerful cutter we have ever had. I decided to try out a 6 week cycle of it. I took a picture every 4 days so you guys could see the changes. I used the TKD diet with the Lipotase, I am very happy with the results.

So in a 6 week cycle I lost 7.21 lbs of fat and gained .21 lbs of muscle. Since this was a cutting cycle I was happy that I didn’t lose any of my muscle. I will do a mass cycle with the TKD soon to put on mass while staying lean. Here are the side by side comparisons.

8-Week Finabol Results


Hey guys, sorry for not updating my results from my 8-weeks of Finabol. In the middle of my cycle I moved so I had to get situated. Anyways, here are the results:
June 2009

Weight: 175lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 14.8%
August 2009

Weight: 187lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 15.5%
So in the 8 week cycle I gained about 8.91lbs of muscle and gained 3.09lbs of fat. Since I was in a bulking cycle you do gain a little bit of fat. I also believe I would have had better gains if I didn't move in the middle of my cycle, but I am still pretty happy about the results. I hope to hit 200lbs soon and stay under 15% bodyfat, almost there. I will eat a little cleaner for the next couple of weeks while I am cycling off to cut out some extra fat and lean up while retaining what I built. Here are my side by side comparisons:

2008-2009 Year in Review Monthly Progress


Hey guys, sorry it took so long for me to update my progress. With school and work it is getting harder and harder but I am still hitting the gym as much as I can. So anyways, here is the year in review post. This will see what I have done in a year from when I first started hitting the gym hard and properly.


2008
Weight: 177lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 19%
Waist: 36in
 
2009
Weight: 180lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 14%
Waist: 32in


So in a year I put on about 12lbs of muscle and lost about 9lbs of fat. These results were always fluctuating up and down because I had times when I wasn't hitting it hard at the gym. However, I was able to keep my fat down even when not hitting it hard. The best results I got was when I was on the Finabol. I plan to eventually start to do that again soon and post up the results. I am going to hit it hard for about 6 weeks without supplements and give you my results and then hit it 6 weeks with supps to show the difference. Below is a 2nd pic of my progress.
